RANCH POTATO SALAD
2 stalks green onions (chopped)
1 package dry Ranch Dressing mix
1 cup mayonniase
1 cup Sour Cream
5 lbs. red potatoes
1 lb. cooked crisp bacon, cooked, crumbled and cooled
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Scrub potatoes and cut into chunks. (I leave the skins on
because it gives the potato salad more color)
Cover with water in a large pot and cook until done. Do not
overcook or the potatoes will turn to mush when you stir in the other
ingredients.While they are cooking, chop the green onions and cook the bacon. Mix those with the other ingredients and gently stir into the cooked potatoes. Refrigerate several hours before serving.

ReplyDeleteThis lasts for several days in the refrigerator, folks. At least it says it does. At my house, it's all gone by the end of a big family dinner!
